Yesterday, while at urban outfitters, I came across an interesting book with some amazing photography and I want to share the experience.  Fashion Now 2 is a brief guide to fashion designers and is illustrated with some amazing fashion photography and styling…the best part is that the book was only $5!

I am happy and proud to post that I was recently featured on the blog, District Weddings.  District Weddings is a great source of inspiration and information for anyone planning a future wedding in the D.C area, or anywhere for that matter.  I have found this blog not only helpful when I am shooting in the Washington area, but also encourage wedding planners in other locations in which I shoot, especially the California area, to check out this great blog.

if you are familiar with the photographer ben watts, then you might know the term “big up,” which is slang for “giving props” and is also the title of ben’s photography book.  if you aren't familiar with him or his work, ben watts is a very successful commercial/editorial/fashion/street photographer with clients ranging from GQ, Interview, Elle, the Gap, Nike, Roxy, and many many more.  his images have always inspired me, and he is one of the photographers that i have a permanent link to in my tool bar (ben watts).  recently i was searching youtube and came across a series of interviews with ben conducted by designing minds.  thought I would share them with you…
